Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich HRM & People Analytics suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Workday Solution Architect*

In dieser Rolle ist Homeoffice und mobiles Arbeiten innerhalb Deutschlands an insgesamt 9 Tagen/Monat möglich (auf Basis einer Vollzeittätigkeit).

Das erwartet dich:

  • Du sorgst für eine ideale Employee Journey mit Workday, indem du Optimierungsbedarfe erkennst und deine betreuten Module auf globaler Ebene weiterentwickelst.
  • Du berätst und betreust unsere internationalen Standorte bei prozessualen Fragen in Workday und fungierst hier als erster Ansprechpartner für unsere HR-Kollegen.
  • Du steuerst als Projektleitung eigenständig komplexe internationale (Teil-) Projekte oder wirkst als technischer Experte bei allen Workday-relevanten Themen in Projekten mit.
  • Du erarbeitest und führst eigenständig Mitarbeiterschulungen zu Workday-Funktionalitäten durch.
  • Du hast ein Auge auf die Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen und stellst deren reibungslose Einbindung sicher.
  • Du steuerst zusätzlich Dienstleister, die uns bei der Weiterentwicklung von Workday unterstützen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung ergänzt durch mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der HR- oder IT-Abteilung eines Unternehmens.
  • Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Workday. Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrungswerte in Bereichen wie Compensation, Talent & Performance, Time & Attendance.
  • Deine guten Kenntnisse im Prozessdesign setzt du gekonnt ein. Eine Erfahrung in der Steuerung komplexer internationaler IT-Projekte ist wünschenswert.
  • Du verfügst über die Kompetenzen, komplexe technische Vorgänge zu analysieren, Wissen zielgruppengerecht aufzubereiten und zu teilen – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch.
  • Du bist eine aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit und flexibel im Umgang mit den täglichen Herausforderungen.
  • Dich zeichnet eine hohe Serviceorientierung gepaart mit einer eigenverantwortlichen und strukturierten Arbeitsweise aus.
