Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Gerente de Operaciones, para un importante barrio cerrado de zona norte, encargado de liderar la gestión integral, el mantenimiento y la mejora continua de su infraestructura y servicios, con visión estratégica de largo plazo.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Control de Obras Particulares: Supervisión del cumplimiento del reglamento de construcción, revisión de planos, inspecciones, finales de obra y control de contratistas.
  • Espacios Verdes y Lagunas: Planificación del mantenimiento de parques, arbolado y sistemas de riego; supervisión de la calidad del agua, bordes y equipos de bombeo.
  • Infraestructura: Gestión de calles, desagües pluviales, alumbrado, redes de servicios, cercos perimetrales y edificios, implementando planes de mantenimiento preventivo y de inversiones.
  • Complejos de Edificios y Centro Comercial: Coordinación del mantenimiento general, normativas de seguridad, habilitaciones y relación con locatarios.
  • Gestión Transversal: Elaboración y control del presupuesto operativo, licitación de contratos, liderazgo de equipos propios y tercerizados, y atención a las solicitudes de los residentes.

Requisitos

La búsqueda se orienta a profesionales con:

  • Formación: Título universitario en Ingeniería (Civil o Industrial), Arquitectura o Administración de Empresas o vinculadas a facility management.
  • Experiencia: Entre 8 y 10 años en operaciones, mantenimiento o gestión integral de instalaciones, con al menos 5 años en posiciones de jefatura o gerencia (en urbanizaciones cerradas, grandes consorcios, centros comerciales o complejos de usos mixtos).
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Obra civil, lectura de planos, mantenimiento de infraestructura urbana, nociones de propiedad horizontal, normativas laborales, de higiene y seguridad, y manejo avanzado de herramientas de gestión.
  • Habilidades valoradas: negociación, resolución de conflictos y orientación al servicio, liderazgo, integridad y transparencia en la rendición de cuentas, visión estratégica y capacidad de planificación a mediano y largo plazo
  • Disponibilidad: Presencial en la zona, con predisposición ante emergencias fuera de horario.
  • Movilidad propia (excluyente)
