Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a con experiencia en venta técnica consultiva dentro del mercado industrial, que pueda combinar sus conocimientos técnicos con una mirada comercial para identificar oportunidades, comprender procesos productivos y desarrollar soluciones que aporten valor al negocio de sus clientes.

¿Cuáles van a ser tus responsabilidades?

  • Desarrollar negocio: gestionar y potenciar la cartera actual, identificando nuevas oportunidades comerciales y generando vínculos con potenciales clientes de la industria.
  • Convertirte en referente técnico para tus clientes: comprender sus procesos, desafíos y necesidades para asesorarlos y acercar soluciones de alto valor agregado.
  • Construir relaciones de largo plazo: mantener un contacto cercano y periódico con referentes técnicos y decisores, posicionando a HTC como un socio estratégico frente a nuevos proyectos y necesidades.
  • Conectar al cliente con Ingeniería e I+D: presentar a las áreas de Ingeniería e I+D, las necesidades surgidas de los clientes para desarrollar nuevos productos o soluciones a medida.
  • Transferir conocimiento: desarrollar presentaciones y capacitaciones técnicas que permitan acercar nuevas tecnologías y contribuir al desarrollo de los procesos de los clientes.
  • Impulsar resultados: gestionar objetivos comerciales, elaborar el forecast anual de ventas y realizar el seguimiento de oportunidades y resultados.
  • Mantenerte en constante desarrollo técnico: profundizar tu conocimiento sobre las distintas líneas de productos, servicios y tecnologías para brindar un asesoramiento cada vez más especializado.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante avanzado/a o graduado/a de carreras técnicas como Ingeniería Química, Automatización ó Electrónica.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles técnico-comerciales en entornos industriales.
  • Movilidad propia. EXCLUYENTE
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas frecuentes a clientes.
  • Inglés intermedio, con capacidad para interpretar documentación técnica y desenvolverse en conversaciones de negocio.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas

Se valorará

  • Conocimientos de automatización e instrumentación industrial.
  • Conocimientos de Normas ISO 9001 y 17025.
  • Experiencia utilizando CRM.
  • Conocimientos de portugués.
