Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Líder Comercial y Desarrollador B2B (Hunter) con sólida trayectoria en el mercado asegurador para dirigir y gestionar la apertura y desarrollo de una nueva unidad de negocios corporativa.

Buscamos un perfil proactivo, orientando a resultados, con visión estratégica de mercado y capacidad para realizar análisis de riesgo y negociación técnica con aseguradoras y empresas.

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Establecimiento y ejecución de plan y estrategia comercial.
  • Prospección activa, detección de oportunidades y desarrollo de nueva cartera de clientes corporativos y PyMEs (outbound, networking y venta cruzada).
  • Relevamiento y auditoría de riesgos en empresas clientes (Riesgos del Trabajo/ART, Seguros Técnicos, Caución, Responsabilidad Civil, Flotas, Integral de Comercio, Vida Colectivo, etc.).
  • Interlocución y negociación directa con suscriptores / áreas técnicas de las compañías aseguradoras para la obtención de primas y condiciones competitivas.
  • Confección, presentación y defensa de propuestas comerciales adaptadas a las necesidades del cliente.
  • Acompañamiento en el proceso de cierre e inicio de vigencia de las pólizas, realizando el posterior traspaso de la gestión operativa al equipo de soporte.
  • Venta de seguros B2C derivados de los negocios B2B

Requisitos

La búsqueda se orienta a perfiles con:

  • Experiencia previa: Mínima de 5 años en roles de liderazgo comercial y venta B2B dentro de brokers de seguros o compañías aseguradoras (canal corporativo/directo).
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Sólido dominio en evaluación de riesgos, estructura de primas, cotizaciones y conceptos de suscripción de riesgos corporativos.
  • Perfil comercial: Marcado perfil hunter, autogestión, excelentes relaciones interpersonales y capacidad de negociación cara a cara con tomadores de decisión (C-Level, RRHH, Finanzas, Dueños).
  • Movilidad propia (deseable para visitas comerciales/de campo).

Trabajo híbrido, de lunes a viernes de 9 a 18 hs.
