Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Responsable Administrativo/a para incorporarse a una empresa en crecimiento, que se encuentra atravesando un proceso de profesionalización y fortalecimiento de su estructura.

La posición tendrá como principal desafío liderar y ordenar la gestión del área administrativa, asegurando el correcto funcionamiento de los procesos, el cumplimiento de plazos y el seguimiento de los principales indicadores del sector.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Liderar y coordinar el equipo administrativo, promoviendo una gestión ordenada y orientada a resultados.
  • Supervisar los procesos de facturación, cobranzas, cuentas corrientes, proveedores y tesorería.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de cobranzas y de los fondos pendientes de ingreso.
  • Asegurar que la información administrativa y contable se encuentre completa, controlada y conciliada en tiempo y forma.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de procesos, procedimientos y funciones definidos para el área.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora y proponer iniciativas que permitan optimizar la gestión administrativa.
  • Coordinar y realizar el seguimiento de los cierres e información requerida por el área contable/impositiva.
  • Generar reuniones y espacios de seguimiento que permitan ordenar prioridades, responsabilidades y avances del equipo.

Requisitos

  • Graduado/a de Contador Público, Lic. en Administración o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en gestión de procesos administrativos, cobranzas, facturación y/o cuentas corrientes.
  • Capacidad para liderar, organizar y hacer seguimiento del trabajo de terceros.
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión y herramientas informáticas.
  • Perfil organizado, metódico, resolutivo y orientado al cumplimiento de plazos.

Buscamos una persona que se caracterice por su capacidad de gestión, liderazgo y organización; con criterio para detectar oportunidades de mejora y, especialmente, con ganas de involucrarse en un proyecto de crecimiento.

Beneficios

Jornada: lunes a viernes, de 9 a 18 hs.

Modalidad: presenciaL en Villa Luro.
