  • Prospectar clientes B2B a partir de base existente, clientes inactivos, nuevos prospectos, leads generados por la empresa y contactos propios si los tuviera.
  • Relevar la necesidad del cliente, asesorar comercialmente y armar propuestas claras de venta.
  • Confeccionar y enviar cotizaciones, hacer seguimiento comercial y avanzar en el cierre de operaciones.
  • Realizar administración integral de ventas: carga de cotizaciones, carga de pedidos, envío de facturas y remitos, confección de documentación comercial, coordinación de cambios/devoluciones o pagos contra entrega cuando corresponda.
  • Interactuar con cobranzas, logística, administración y depósito para asegurar el avance correcto de las operaciones.
  • Gestionar y actualizar cartera de clientes y base de datos comercial.
  • Fidelizar y desarrollar clientes activos, reactivar clientes inactivos y detectar nuevas oportunidades de compra.
  • Manejo de sistema de gestión comercial / CRM para registrar y ordenar la gestión.
  • Trabajar coordinadamente con Jefatura Comercial y Marketing en acciones comerciales, campañas, promociones y seguimiento de oportunidades.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia comprobable en venta B2B / venta administrativa / telefónica con clientes empresa (excluyente).
  • Conocimientos de sistema de gestión comercial o CRM (excluyente).
  • Conocimiento del rubro EPP, seguridad industrial o rubros similares muy valorado
  • Formación en comercialización, marketing, administración o cursos de ventas muy valorado
  • En caso de no contar con formación específica, se valorará experiencia comprobable mayor a 3 años en posiciones similares.
  • Manejo básico de Excel y herramientas administrativas/comerciales.

Buscamos un perfil con fuerte capacidad de autogestión y proactividad, orientado al seguimiento comercial y al cumplimiento de objetivos de venta. Valoramos personas ordenadas, metódicas y con capacidad para gestionar múltiples oportunidades comerciales de manera organizada y sostenida en el tiempo.
