Ben jij een ervaren Multibranche Schadebehandelaar en toe aan een volgende stap in je carrière? In deze rol krijg je de kans om zelfstandig schades te behandelen voor zowel particuliere als zakelijke klanten, met volop ruimte voor ontwikkeling en eigen verantwoordelijkheid.

Wat ga je doen?

In deze functie ben jij van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van schadeclaims. Je schakelt dagelijks met verschillende partijen en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers volledig, correct en tijdig worden afgehandeld. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jouw expertise maakt écht het verschil voor de klant.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het zelfstandig behandelen van schadeclaims binnen diverse branches (particulier en zakelijk);
  • Zorgdragen voor een volledige en nauwkeurige (digitale) dossiervorming;
  • Onderhouden van contact met klanten, experts, verzekeraars en andere betrokken partijen;
  • Beoordelen en controleren van aangeleverde informatie en waar nodig aanvullen;
  • Actief begeleiden van het volledige schadeproces, van melding tot afhandeling;
  • Signaleren van verbeterkansen binnen processen en dienstverlening.

Wat verwachten ze?

Voor deze rol zoeken we een ervaren en nauwkeurige professional die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat en energie haalt uit klantcontact en complexe dossiers.

  • Aantoonbare ervaring als schadebehandelaar binnen de verzekeringsbranche;
  • In het bezit van Wft Schade Particulier en Wft Schade Zakelijk;
  • Aanvullende vakopleidingen (zoals branchediploma’s) zijn een pré;
  • Ervaring met systemen zoals ANVA en Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Een klantgerichte en dienstverlenende instelling;
  • Accuraat, leergierig en professioneel in je communicatie;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • Sterke sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden.
