Ben jij een ervaren schadebehandelaar die nét dat stapje extra zet?

Voor onze opdrachtgever zijn wij op zoek naar een schadebehandelaar met ruime ervaring in de zakelijke markt. Je hoeft geen formele teamleider te zijn, maar je hebt wel de kwaliteiten en het overzicht om collega’s te begeleiden en te ondersteunen waar nodig.

Wat ga je doen?

Als schadebehandelaar ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig afhandelen van schadedossiers binnen het zakelijke segment. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als verzekeraars en zorgt voor een correcte, klantgerichte en efficiënte schadeafhandeling. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s op kantoor in Purmerend en Zaandam.

  • Behandelen van schades op het gebied van zakelijke schadeverzekeringen, verzuim en AOV;
  • Fungeren als sparringpartner voor collega’s binnen het team;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en verbeterkansen in processen;
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten, verzekeraars en experts;
  • Bewaken van voortgang, kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid.

Met een nuchtere aanpak, klantgerichtheid en inhoudelijke expertise bedienen zij zowel zakelijke als particuliere klanten. In de regio zijn zij een bekende naam, en dat is niet voor niets. Binnen het team heerst een open sfeer waar kennisdeling en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat verwachten zij van jou?

  • Je hebt ruime ervaring als schadebehandelaar, bij voorkeur binnen het zakelijke domein;
  • Je beschikt over kennis van verzuimverzekeringen en AOV;
  • Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor het geheel en neemt graag collega’s mee in jouw kennis en aanpak;
  • Je bent zelfstandig, zorgvuldig en klantgericht;
  • Je bent beschikbaar voor minimaal 24 uur per week (parttime bespreekbaar);
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
