Wie zijn wij? Wij zijn een ambitieuze, snelgroeiende organisatie in de verzekeringsbranche, gespecialiseerd in schade-, inkomens- en zorgverzekeringen voor ondernemers en particulieren. We werken vanuit een netwerk van lokale advieskantoren met meer dan 800 medewerkers door heel Nederland.

Bij ons zijn de lijnen kort en ligt de snelheid hoog. Eigen initiatief wordt gewaardeerd en er is een sterk teamgevoel. Het is hard werken in een dynamische omgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat.

Wat ga je doen? Als Allround Schadebehandelaar help je onze particuliere en zakelijke klanten bij het afhandelen van schades. Je beoordeelt zorgvuldig of een schade onder de dekking valt en begeleidt de klant in elke fase van het proces. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:

  • Het verzorgen van schadecorrespondentie tussen verzekeraar en cliënt en een efficiënte, klantgerichte schadeafhandeling;
  • Dossierverantwoordelijkheid nemen en schades behandelen volgens vastgestelde richtlijnen;
  • De voortgang bewaken en, indien nodig, actie ondernemen om het proces te versnellen;
  • Werken in een dynamische, snelgroeiende organisatie waar geen dag hetzelfde is.

Wat maakt jou succesvol? Ben jij een (beginnend) schadebehandelaar of schadecorrespondent en toe aan een volgende stap in je carrière? Dan kan deze functie iets voor jou zijn! We zoeken iemand die:

  • Minimaal een afgeronde opleiding op MBO-niveau heeft;
  • Beschikt over het diploma Wft Schade Particulieren (Wft Schade Zakelijk is een pré, anders behaal je dit snel);
  • Vaardig is met het Office-pakket (Outlook, Word, Excel);
  • Communicatief sterk is en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het werk;
  • Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar is (fulltime is een pré).
