Dan is deze functie als Schadebehandelaar iets voor jou. In deze veelzijdige rol ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten die schade hebben geleden. Je combineert klantgerichtheid met inhoudelijke kennis en zorgt ervoor dat schades snel, zorgvuldig en professioneel worden afgehandeld. Je komt terecht in een dynamische verzekeringsomgeving waar ontwikkeling, samenwerking en eigen initiatief centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Schadebehandelaar ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van klanten gedurende het volledige schadeproces. Je begrijpt dat schade vaak impact heeft en zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich gehoord en geholpen voelen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het beoordelen van schademeldingen en vaststellen of deze onder de dekking vallen;
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk contact onderhouden met klanten;
  • Communiceren met verzekeraars, tussenpersonen, schade-experts en andere betrokken partijen;
  • Het bepalen van de hoogte van schade-uitkeringen;
  • Het bewaken van de voortgang van dossiers en zorgen voor een correcte afhandeling;
  • Het uitvoeren van regreswerkzaamheden waar nodig;
  • Het adviseren van klanten over vervolgstappen en verwachtingen gedurende het proces;
  • Actief bijdragen aan een optimale klantbeleving.

  • Bruto salaris tussen de € 2.750 en € 4.250 op basis van 40 uur;
  • Werkweek van 24 tot 40 uur;

Wat verwachten ze?

  • Minimaal een afgeronde MBO 4-opleiding;
  • Je beschikt over Wft Schade Particulier of bent bereid deze op korte termijn te behalen;
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen de verzekeringsbranche, bijvoorbeeld bij een tussenpersoon, volmachtbedrijf of verzekeraar;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers;
  • Je kunt goed overweg met Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word en Excel);
  • Je bent minimaal 24 uur per week beschikbaar;
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied.
