1. 主导 Foundation Agents技术成果在 MGX 中的需求分析、技术可行性验证与产品化落地 2. 构建统一的 Agent 评测与可观测体系（离线基准、线上 A/B、灰度监控），用数据驱动性能调优与成本控制； 3. 编写并维护相关技术需求的 PRD、产品手册等；协调智能体算法团队及平台研发团队的高效交付并迭代升级； 职位要求 1. 计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 1年以上LLM/Agent相关技术或学术背景，有1年以上AI软件或海外C端产品经验优先； 3. 扎实的编码与系统架构功底：熟悉至少一种后端语言（Python / Go / Java），了解微服务、API 设计与云原生实践，能够快速评估算法原型代码并输出落地方案； 4. 深度掌握大模型与多智能体技术栈：Prompt Engineering、RAG、向量数据库、Function Calling、Agent Orchestration 等；拥有相关论文、开源项目或线上系统落地经验者优先； 5. 产品视角与技术架构思维兼备：能将科研成果转化为可规模化的产品能力，擅长撰写双语 PRD、TRD等文档，并驱动跨职能团队高效交付； 6. 数据驱动：熟练设计 A/B 实验、埋点与监控体系，擅长通过指标分析发现问题，闭环优化性能、成本与用户体验； 7. 具备 Critical Thinking 和强 Ownership，热爱前沿技术，能够在快速迭代中拆解复杂问题并推进落地。
