1. 负责 Atoms 海外创作者社区的整体策略、增长目标和运营节奏，包括站内产品社区以及Discord、Reddit、Product Hunt、Indie Hackers 等站外用户渠道。 2. 搭建创作者分层运营体系，识别、招募并维护核心创作者，包括 AI builder、开发者、no-code creator、YouTuber、newsletter 作者、课程创作者、agency builder、indie hacker 等。 3. 负责社区内容生态建设，推动用户持续产出教程、demo、模板、案例、对比测评、产品体验、build-in-public 内容和成功故事。 4. 围绕 Atoms 的核心产品能力设计运营活动，例如 48-hour buildathon、AI SaaS challenge、local business website challenge、SEO agent challenge、Google Ads agent challenge、Ship Before 2027 等。 5. 打通社区内容到产品转化链路，负责从内容曝光、社区互动、注册、首次 prompt、首次发布、付费转化、复购和推荐的关键路径优化。 6. 与产品、增长、品牌、内容、BD 团队协作，把社区反馈转化为产品洞察、内容选题、增长实验和用户案例。 7. 负责海外核心社区的数据分析，包括创作者活跃度、内容产量、内容传播效果、社区转化率、活动参与率、用户留存、付费贡献等。 8. 组建并管理社区运营团队，包括 creator ops、community manager、content/community intern、regional ambassador 等角色。 9. 设计创作者激励机制，包括 affiliate program、creator challenge、template reward、case study reward、ambassador program、campus/community leader program 等。

1. 5 年以上社区运营、创作者运营、内容生态、海外增长或用户运营经验，其中至少 3 年团队管理经验。 2. 有海外开发者社区、创作工具社区、AI 工具、no-code/low-code、设计工具、视频剪辑工具、SaaS、创作者平台相关经验优先，如果具备从 0 到 1 搭建社区或创作者项目的经验，能独立制定策略，也能深入执行最佳 3. 有成功运营创作者生态的经验，熟悉创作者招募、分层、激励、留存、内容生产和商业转化机制。 4. 对 AI builder、vibe coding、developer tools、creator economy、indie hacker、no-code/low-code 有较强兴趣和理解。 5. 有较强的数据意识，能够围绕社区增长和转化目标设计指标体系，并持续优化运营策略。 6. 英文可作为工作语言，能够直接与海外创作者、开发者、合作伙伴沟通。
