  • Desenhar, treinar e validar modelos de Machine Learning ponta a ponta.
  • Explorar grandes volumes de dados para gerar insights acionáveis.
  • Construir pipelines de dados escaláveis em parceria com Engenharia.
  • Definir métricas, experimentos e testes A/B com times de Produto.
  • Traduzir problemas de negócio em problemas estatísticos/modelagem.
  • Comunicar resultados de forma clara para áreas técnicas e não técnicas.
  • Atuar como referência técnica e mentorar outros profissionais de dados.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência sênior como Cientista de Dados / Data Scientist (modelagem ponta a ponta).
  • Sólidos conhecimentos em estatística, Machine Learning supervisionado e não supervisionado.
  • Domínio de Python (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) e SQL avançado.
  • Vivência com pipelines de dados, versionamento de código e boas práticas de MLOps.
  • Experiência em ambiente de produto digital ou negócios orientados a dados.
  • Inglês para leitura técnica e interação com documentação/equipe.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em regime PJ, 100% remoto.

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com cloud (AWS, GCP ou Azure) e ferramentas de orquestração.
  • Atuação prévia com experimentação (testes A/B) e métricas de produto.
  • Conhecimento em deep learning ou NLP.
  • Participação ativa em comunidades, publicações ou projetos open source.
