Estamos buscando um(a) Gerente de Projetos SAP Sênior / PMO SAP para atuar em um ambiente corporativo robusto, com grandes desafios de integração, rollout e melhoria contínua. Você será peça-chave na conexão entre áreas de negócio, TI e parceiros, garantindo entregas com qualidade, prazo e orçamento.

  • Liderar projetos SAP de médio e grande porte, ponta a ponta.
  • Atuar como PMO, definindo e acompanhando padrões, indicadores e governança.
  • Planejar cronogramas, escopo, riscos e orçamento dos projetos.
  • Fazer a ponte entre áreas de negócio, TI e fornecedores.
  • Conduzir reuniões de status, steering committees e reports executivos.
  • Garantir aderência a metodologias (ágil/híbrida/tradicional).
  • Atuar presencialmente em São Paulo, 3x por semana, em modelo híbrido.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência sólida como Gerente de Projetos SAP ou PMO SAP em nível sênior.
  • Histórico comprovado em projetos SAP (implementação, rollout, melhorias ou migração).
  • Vivência com governança de projetos, portfólio e indicadores (PMO).
  • Domínio de metodologias de gestão de projetos (PMBOK, ágil ou híbrido).
  • Inglês para interação com stakeholders e documentação.
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em São Paulo, modelo híbrido (presencial 3x/semana).
  • Atuação como PJ.

Diferenciais:

  • Certificações em gestão de projetos (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, Prince2 etc.).
  • Experiência em grandes empresas ou consultorias com projetos SAP complexos.
  • Atuação prévia em programas de transformação digital ou S/4HANA.
  • Vivência em gestão de múltiplos projetos simultâneos (portfolio management).
