The posting

Buscamos um(a) *SAP Specialist* para atuar como principal referência de domínio SAP, tanto junto aos clientes quanto internamente nas decisões de produto.

A posição exige alguém que tenha experiência prática em SAP: desenho de processos, configuração, decisões técnicas e funcionais e participação em projetos até *go-live e hypercare*.

O profissional atuará na interseção entre *cliente, produto e engenharia*, ajudando a validar se as soluções propostas são aderentes à realidade SAP do cliente e contribuindo para transformar conhecimento SAP em capacidades incorporadas à plataforma tecnológica.

Principais responsabilidades

* Ser a *referência técnica/funcional SAP* diante dos clientes. * Validar processos e cenários SAP. * Avaliar a aderência de pilotos ao ambiente SAP do cliente. * Identificar requisitos específicos SAP que possam impactar o escopo. * Definir critérios de sucesso para clientes e implementações. * Trabalhar na construção do business case junto às áreas de Deployment e Comercial. * Avaliar quais gaps realmente precisam ser solucionados. * Conhecer profundamente as capacidades e limitações atuais da plataforma. * Conduzir processos de *discovery e priorização*. * Trabalhar em conjunto com especialistas, engenharia e produto. * Contribuir diretamente para a priorização e evolução do *roadmap do produto*.

Requisitos obrigatórios

* Experiência prática em *configuração e desenvolvimento SAP em ambientes Private Cloud*. * Experiência real configurando e estendendo sistemas SAP. * Conhecimento profundo do ciclo de vida *S/4HANA*:

* Blueprint * Build * Test * Cutover * Go-live * Hypercare * Profundidade funcional ou técnica em pelo menos um módulo SAP principal, como:

* FI/CO * MM * SD * PP * EWM * ou áreas equivalentes. * Conhecimento geral dos demais módulos e do ecossistema SAP. * Forte capacidade de relacionamento com clientes. * Capacidade de discutir arquitetura e desenho de soluções com especialistas do cliente. * Capacidade de identificar quais gaps realmente bloqueiam geração de valor. * *Inglês profissional a fluente*, devido ao contato com clientes dos Estados Unidos e equipes globais.

* BTP * Side-by-side extensibility * In-app extensibility * Experiência em integradores de sistemas ou *Big Four*. * Experiência em grandes programas SAP e ambientes multi-vendor. * Certificação *SAP Activate* ou equivalente. * Interesse e experiência prática na aplicação de *IA/LLMs sobre artefatos SAP*. * Capacidade de avaliar onde IA generativa funciona bem em SAP e onde apresenta riscos de respostas incorretas. * Experiência em startups ou empresas early-stage. * Experiência empreendedora.
