The posting

Atuar como especialista funcional no módulo SAP SD com foco em operações do setor de Oil & Energy, sendo responsável pelo desenho, implementação, evolução e sustentação dos processos comerciais, faturamento, contratos e distribuição, garantindo aderência regulatória, eficiência operacional e integração ponta a ponta em ambientes corporativos complexos.

Principais Responsabilidades

SAP SD — Comercial e Distribuição (Oil & Energy) Configurar, evoluir e sustentar processos de:

  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) Faturamento complexo por volume, contratos e tabelas de preço Gestão de contratos comerciais e condições especiais Devoluções, ajustes e notas de crédito Atuar com cenários de vendas por volume, preço médio ponderado, contratos e reajustes automáticos.
  • Processos Específicos do Setor Suportar processos de comercialização de combustíveis, GLP, derivados e energia. Apoiar cenários de faturamento regulado, impostos específicos do setor e regras fiscais complexas. Atuar com integrações com sistemas de medição, logística e distribuição
  • Integrações e Fiscal/Financeiro Garantir integração do SD com FI, CO, MM, LE/WM/EWM e TM. Apoiar correta parametrização fiscal para operações do setor (ICMS-ST, PIS/COFINS, regimes especiais, etc.). Apoiar conciliações entre faturamento, financeiro e logística.
  • Projetos e Evoluções Atuar em projetos SAP (rollout, melhorias, upgrades, migração para S/4HANA). Participar de fit-to-standard / fit-gap, testes integrados e UAT. Apoiar cutover, hypercare e estabilização pós go-live.
  • Governança e Boas Práticas Garantir aderência às melhores práticas SAP SD e políticas comerciais. Documentar processos, configurações e fluxos funcionais. Atuar como referência funcional para áreas Comercial, Faturamento, Logística e Fiscal. Apoiar definição de KPIs comerciais e operacionais
  • Requisitos Técnicos (Hard Skills) Experiência sólida como Especialista SAP SD. Forte vivência com processos de Order-to-Cash (O2C). Experiência comprovada em Oil & Energy / combustíveis / distribuição. Forte conhecimento em faturamento complexo e pricing avançado. Integração com módulos: FI, MM, CO, LE/WM/EWM e TM. Vivência em ambientes corporativos complexos e alto volume transacional. Desejável experiência com S/4HANA Sales.
  • Requisitos Acadêmicos e Certificações Graduação em Administração, Engenharia, TI, Logística ou áreas correlatas. Certificação SAP SD (diferencial). Cursos/treinamentos no setor de energia/combustíveis (diferencial).
  • Competências Comportamentais (Soft Skills) Forte interface com áreas Comercial, Faturamento, Fiscal e Logística. Perfil analítico e orientado a processos regulados. Boa comunicação com times técnicos e de negócio. Capacidade de atuar de forma autônoma. Foco em conformidade, eficiência e redução de riscos operacionais.
  • Diferenciais (Nice to Have) Experiência com ICMS-ST, regimes especiais e operações interestaduais. Vivência com TMS, EWM e integração logística avançada. Experiência em empresas de energia, combustíveis, distribuição ou utilities. Conhecimento em contratos de fornecimento e pricing dinâmico.
