The posting

Buscamos um(a) *Deployment Specialist* para atuar na implantação de uma plataforma tecnológica voltada a grandes programas de transformação SAP.

O principal desafio da posição é garantir a *adoção efetiva da solução pelos clientes*. A função combina gestão de programas, gestão de mudanças, relacionamento com stakeholders e acompanhamento da utilização da plataforma em ambientes corporativos complexos.

A posição não exige necessariamente conhecimento SAP funcional ou técnico profundo. O foco principal está na capacidade de *conduzir organizações através de processos de mudança*, trabalhar com diferentes stakeholders e garantir resultados concretos de implantação.

Principais responsabilidades

* Conduzir o processo de *Change Management de ponta a ponta*. * Realizar mapeamento de stakeholders. * Planejar comunicação, capacitação e acompanhamento da adoção. * Garantir que os usuários efetivamente utilizem a solução. * Fazer a interface entre equipes SAP e patrocinadores executivos/C-Level. * Trabalhar com lideranças de programas de clientes e integradores globais. * Criar e evoluir o *playbook de implantação*. * Desenvolver templates, quality gates e processos de onboarding. * Identificar aprendizados das implantações e levá-los para as equipes de produto. * Contribuir para tornar cada nova implantação mais rápida e estruturada.

Experiência necessária:*

* Histórico como *PM ou PMO* em múltiplos programas corporativos. * Experiência sendo responsável por planos, quality gates e resultados de entrega. * Forte experiência em *gestão de mudanças*. * Capacidade de trabalhar em ambientes multinacionais e com múltiplos stakeholders. * Perfil proativo, autônomo e orientado a resultados. * Conhecimento do funcionamento de programas SAP. * Conhecimento do ciclo de implantação *S/4HANA*:

* Blueprint * Build * Test * Go-live * Hypercare * Experiência em relacionamento direto com clientes. * Capacidade de realizar apresentações para executivos e C-Level. * *Inglês profissional.*

*Diferenciais:*

* Experiência em *Big Four* ou integradores de sistemas. * Experiência com implantação de software de empresas em estágio inicial. * Experiência como fundador ou empreendedor. * Conhecimentos ou certificações em:

* SAP Activate * Scrum / PSM * PMO
