Met meer dan 46.000 collega's op ruim 130 luchthavens wereldwijd verzorgen wij ground handling, cargo, catering en travel services. Sinds 2015 zijn wij met ruim 1.300 medewerkers actief op Schiphol.

De dnata Academy ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van medewerkers binnen Cargo, Passenger Services en Ramp & Baggage. Met praktijkgerichte trainingen, leiderschapsprogramma's en digitale leeroplossingen zorgen wij ervoor dat onze medewerkers veilig, compliant en met vertrouwen kunnen werken in een dynamische luchtvaartomgeving.

Voor de dnata Academy op Schiphol zijn wij op zoek naar een Digital Learning Specialist.

In deze rol ontwikkel en optimaliseer je digitale leeroplossingen voor ruim 1.300 medewerkers binnen Cargo, Passenger Services en Ramp & Baggage. Je ontwikkelt e-learningmodules in Articulate, beheert onze leeromgeving in SAP SuccessFactors en vertaalt leerbehoeften naar praktische en effectieve digitale leeroplossingen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van e-learningmodules in Articulate
  • Opstellen van storyboards, scripts, interacties en toetsmethoden
  • Afstemmen met inhoudsdeskundigen en stakeholders
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van My Learning Zone (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Publiceren van digitale content en doorvoeren van vertalingen
  • Analyseren van leerdata en vertalen naar verbeteringen
  • Voorstellen doen voor nieuwe manieren van digitaal leren
  • Creatief meedenken over digitaliseren van leren
  • Een plan maken waarin al jouw ideeën voor nieuwe vormen van leren samen komen

Deze functie is uitdagend en super interessant omdat je deze functie helemaal mag opstarten en zelf vorm mag geven. Er is nog veel te doen op het gebied van digitaal leren en we verwachten dat je verder denkt dan alleen e-learningoplossingen. Daarnaast is dit ook een functie met impact, omdat je met jouw expertise snel stappen kunt maken en de organisatie echt verder kunt helpen. Je bent van harte welkom!

Wat breng je mee?

• Een hbo werk- en denkniveau • Een opleiding in Opleidingskunde, Onderwijstechnologie, Multimedia Design of vergelijkbaar • Minimaal 2 tot 3 jaar ervaring met digital learning • Ervaring met authoring tools, zoals Articulate • Ervaring met LMS-beheer, bij voorkeur SAP SuccessFactors • Goede Engelse schrijfvaardigheid
