Iedere dag begint met een reiziger Een zakenman met vertraging. Een alleenreizend kind. Een gezin dat voor het eerst op vakantie gaat. Jij bent degene die hen op weg helpt, rustig, professioneel en met aandacht.

Als Passenger Services Agent bij dnata sta jij aan het begin én einde van iemands reis. Geen kantoorbaan, maar een rol midden in de dynamiek van Schiphol. Geen dag hetzelfde, altijd in beweging. Jij regelt het, van check-in tot boarding, samen met een internationaal team waar je op kunt bouwen.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Passagiers inchecken en hun reis vlot laten starten
  • Boarding begeleiden en zorgen dat vluchten op tijd vertrekken
  • Alleenreizende kinderen en passagiers met speciale behoeften ondersteunen
  • Gatewijzigingen en vluchtinformatie duidelijk communiceren
  • Samenwerken met luchtvaartmaatschappijen en collega’s in een dynamische, internationale omgeving

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Ervaring in de luchtvaart is een pré
  • Minimaal mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur Luchtvaartdienstverlening
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk)
  • Flexibel inzetbaar in wisseldiensten, inclusief weekenden en feestdagen
  • Woonachtig binnen 60 minuten van Schiphol
  • Servicegericht, oplossingsgericht en professioneel in elke situatie
