Als Payroll Officer bij ons speel je een cruciale rol in het nauwkeurig verwerken van salarissen, adviseren van collega’s en verbeteren van processen. Dit is jouw kans om echt het verschil te maken!

Wat ga je doen? Als Payroll Officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige salarisadministratie voor onze medewerkers. Je taken zijn onder andere:

· Verwerken van salarismutaties en controle van salarisgegevens.

· Uitvoeren van proefruns en gereedmaken van betalingsopdrachten.

· Opstellen en versturen van loonstroken.

· Toepassen van actuele wet- en regelgeving, cao’s en arbeidsvoorwaarden.

· Adviseren van medewerkers en HR over salarisvragen.

· Afstemmen van systeemupdates en functioneel beheer van het salarissysteem (AFAS).

· Contact onderhouden met pensioenfonds, deurwaarders en andere externe partijen.

· Ondersteunen bij jaarafsluitingen en financiële rapportages.

Wat breng je mee?

· Relevante werkervaring als salarisadministrateur of een vergelijkbare functie

· Ervaring met salarisverwerking in Afas Profit.

· PDL – diploma (of vergelijkbaar) in bezit, of bereid deze te halen.

· Kennis van fiscale wetgeving, cao’s en arbeidsvoorwaarden.

· Nauwkeurig, analytisch en communicatief vaardig.

· Zelfstandig kunnen werken en samenwerken met HR en Finance.
