Een koffer kwijt? Jij regelt het

Ben jij klantgericht, representatief en oplossingsgericht? Als Medewerker Bagage Tracing bij dnata op Schiphol help je passagiers hun vermiste bagage terug te vinden, zodat ze met een gerust hart verder kunnen reizen. Je hebt oog voor detail en houdt ook in een drukke en soms stressvolle omgeving het overzicht. Met jouw rustige en daadkrachtige aanpak los je problemen snel en effectief op. Samen met verschillende partijen zorg jij dagelijks voor een soepele afhandeling van bagagezaken en blije passagiers.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Registreren en verwerken van gegevens in het WorldTracer-systeem.
  • Actief contact onderhouden met luchtvaartmaatschappijen en collega’s om bagage terug te vinden.
  • Adviseren van passagiers over claimprocedures en het oplossen van klachten.
  • Veilig opslaan van niet opgehaalde bagage en zorgen voor correcte aflevering bij de juiste passagier.
  • Telefonisch en schriftelijk communiceren met interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Gebruik maken van computerprogramma’s, waaronder MS Office.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Minimaal MBO niveau 4 in Luchtvaartdienstverlening of vergelijkbare opleiding
  • Ervaring in een dienst- en servicegerichte functie is een pré
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Bekend met MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams) is een pré
  • Flexibel en bereid in wisseldiensten (ochtenden, middagen & nachten) te werken, inclusief minimaal twee weekenden per maand
  • Woonachtig binnen 60 minuten van Schiphol en minimaal 8 jaar ingeschreven in Nederland
