Elke dag vertrekken er tientallen vliegtuigen vanaf Schiphol. Achter iedere vlucht staat een team dat ervoor zorgt dat alles veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Als Ramp Coordinator ben jij degene die de operatie op het platform aanstuurt en bewaakt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle betrokken partijen perfect samenwerken, zodat vliegtuigen op tijd kunnen vertrekken.

Als Ramp Coordinator ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de cockpitbemanning, platformteams, afhandelingsdiensten en andere operationele partners. Je houdt overzicht, schakelt snel bij veranderingen en zorgt ervoor dat de turnaround van een vliegtuig soepel en veilig verloopt.

Jouw werkzaamheden

  • Coördineren van het volledige turnaroundproces van vliegtuigen op Schiphol.
  • Aansturen en afstemmen van platformdiensten, waaronder bagage-, cargo- en vliegtuigafhandeling.
  • Controleren en ondersteunen bij operationele documentatie, waaronder weight & balance (training wordt verzorgd).
  • Bewaken van veiligheidsprocedures en operationele kwaliteit.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en aandragen van verbeteringen om punctualiteit en efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Intensief samenwerken met cockpitbemanningen, afhandelingsteams, luchtvaartmaatschappijen en andere operationele partners.
  • Snel en adequaat handelen bij operationele verstoringen of wijzigingen in de planning.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring in grondafhandeling, platformwerk, luchtvaart of logistieke operaties. Ervaring als Ramp Coordinator is een pré.
  • Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel het Nederlands als Engels.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, besluitvaardig en behoudt het overzicht, ook tijdens drukke operationele momenten.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar en bereid om vroege en late diensten te werken (geen nachtdiensten).
  • Je bent bereid om trainingen te volgen en de benodigde certificeringen via dnata te behalen.
  • Je hebt oog voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking.
