Door de snelle groei van dnata zijn we altijd op zoek naar nieuwe talenten die ons team willen versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Senior Medewerker Bagage ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een veilige, efficiënte en tijdige bagageafhandeling. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van het proces, houdt overzicht op de operatie en zorgt ervoor dat bagage correct wordt verwerkt, zodat vluchten volgens planning kunnen vertrekken.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Coördineren en bewaken van het bagageproces tijdens de dagelijkse operatie.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van medewerkers op de werkvloer.
  • Afstemmen van prioriteiten met coördinatoren en andere operationele afdelingen.
  • Toezien op correcte registratie, sortering en omlabeling van bagage.
  • Werken volgens luchthaven-, airline- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en bijdragen aan een optimale operationele uitvoering.

Jij bent een ervaren professional die overzicht houdt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en graag samenwerkt in een dynamische omgeving.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare operationele functie.
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van luchthaven- en airlineprocedures en internationale veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • De mogelijkheid om een Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar (VGB) te verkrijgen (hiervoor dien je minimaal 8 jaar aaneengesloten in Nederland te hebben gewoond).

Wat breng je mee?

  • MBO 3 werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
  • Kennis van luchthaven- en airlinevoorschirften, en internationale veiligheidsregels
  • Minimaal 8 jaar woonachtig in Nederland
