dnata, onderdeel van de Emirates group, is een snelgroeiende luchtvaartafhandelaar (catering, travelservices, groundhandling en cargo). Wereldwijd werken er ruim 50.000 medewerkers op 136 vliegvelden en in Europa hebben we ook ambitieuze groeidoelstellingen. Sinds 2015 zijn we actief op Schiphol met meer als 1100 medewerkers.

Door de snelle groei van dnata zijn we altijd op zoek naar nieuwe collega’s die ons team willen versterken. Voor onze Training Academy zijn wij op zoek naar een Trainer Warehouse Cargo .

Wat ga je doen?

Binnen de dnata Training Academy zijn we verantwoordelijk voor alle trainingen die onze (nieuwe) collega’s nodig hebben om hun werk veilig en volgens de geldende procedures uit te voeren. Als Trainer Warehouse Cargo speel jij hierin een belangrijke rol. Je traint medewerkers binnen onze Warehouses (Import & Export) en verzorgt zowel theorie- als praktijktrainingen. Daarnaast begeleid je trainees tijdens het import- en exportproces en geef je trainingen onder andere op het gebied van Safety, Dangerous Goods, heftruck en specifieke airline procedures. Je zorgt voor een optimale aansluiting tussen het opleidingsprogramma en de dagelijkse praktijk binnen de verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen. Het doel: het ontwikkelen van kennis en vaardigheden, met gebruik van diverse methoden, technieken en leermiddelen.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Ontwikkelen, verbeteren en actualiseren van trainingen volgens wet- en regelgeving, en bewaken van de kwaliteit;
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en veranderingen in de praktijk en deze vertalen naar trainingsmateriaal;
  • Begeleiden van deelnemers tijdens (on-the-job) trainingen;
  • Coachen en motiveren van medewerkers tijdens hun leertraject en tijdig bespreekbaar maken van eventuele uitdagingen;
  • Stimuleren van deelnemers om het beste uit zichzelf te halen en met plezier en motivatie te werken.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Mbo werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met operationele ervaring binnen Cargo afhandelingen;
  • Minimaal 1–2 jaar aantoonbare ervaring als trainer;
  • Ervaring met e-learning en digitale leermethoden is een pré;
  • Sterke communicatie- en presentatievaardigheden;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk); aanvullende talen zijn een plus (taaltoets maakt deel uit van de procedure);
  • Minimaal 8 jaar woonachtig in Nederland en geen justitieel verleden, in verband met de aanvraag van een Verklaring van Geen Bezwaar (VGB).

Waar kun je op rekenen?

  • Bruto maandsalaris vanaf €3.150,- o.b.v. fulltime
  • Een arbeidsovereenkomst van 38 uur per week (fulltime)
  • 25 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband en 8% vakantiegeld uitbetaald in de maand mei;
