Jij bewaakt de opbouw van exportvracht

Een widebody-vlucht richting Dubai vertrekt over drie uur. Op de buildvloer worden meerdere ULD’s tegelijk opgebouwd. Jij houdt overzicht, controleert de opbouw, bewaakt de cut-off en stuurt het team aan waar nodig.

Als Coördinator Export Build bij dnata ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van de export build operatie. Je combineert operationele coördinatie met inhoudelijke expertise in het bouwen van aircraft ULD’s.

Je zorgt ervoor dat pallets en containers correct worden opgebouwd, veilig worden gezekerd en op tijd klaarstaan voor vertrek.

Dit is een senior rol binnen de export build operatie en een natuurlijke doorgroeistap voor ervaren ULD builders die meer verantwoordelijkheid willen. Binnen onze cargo-operatie is export build een specialistisch vakgebied. Daarom zoeken wij alleen kandidaten met aantoonbare ervaring in aircraft ULD build.

Veel van onze coördinatoren zijn zelf gestart als ULD builder en hebben binnen dnata de stap naar een leidinggevende rol gemaakt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Coördineren van de dagelijkse export build werkzaamheden
  • Aansturen en begeleiden van ULD builders op de vloer
  • Bewaken van cut-off tijden richting vluchtvertrek
  • Controleren van ULD-opbouw volgens airline instructies
  • Toezien op correcte weight distribution en securing
  • Signaleren en oplossen van operationele knelpunten
  • Afstemmen met planning, break-afdeling en flight handling
  • Borgen van safety, security en kwaliteit binnen de build-operatie
  • Actief meewerken aan het bouwen van aircraft ULD’s
  • Overnemen van operationele taken van de Duty Manager bij afwezigheid

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Aantoonbare ervaring met export aircraft ULD build
  • Ervaring met contour building en weight distribution
  • Ervaring met widebody en narrowbody build operaties
  • Leiderschap op de vloer en ervaring met het aansturen van collega’s
  • Sterk overzicht en besluitvaardigheid onder tijdsdruk
  • Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
  • Bereidheid om in 24/7 ploegendienst te werken
  • Minimaal mbo 3 werk- en denkniveau
  • Minimaal 8 jaar woonachtig in de EU (VGB screening vereist)

  • Een bruto maandsalaris vanaf €3.010,- (afhankelijk van ervaring)
  • Contract van 38 uur per week in wisseldiensten (cao WLVA)
