Agora, busca um(a) Líder de Tecnologia para atuar em sua registradora de pagamentos, o principal produto da companhia, em um momento estratégico de reorganização e fortalecimento da base tecnológica. Essa é uma oportunidade de liderar um produto essencial para o país, em um ambiente que respira inovação, dados e propósito.

A missão envolve liderar e inspirar um time de alta performance, promovendo boas práticas de engenharia, decisões arquiteturais consistentes e soluções escaláveis.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Liderar tecnicamente o time de desenvolvimento e atuar na arquitetura de soluções escaláveis, garantindo qualidade e evolução contínua do produto;
  • Desenvolver pessoas e fomentar uma cultura de aprendizado, colaboração e melhoria contínua, por meio de feedbacks e mentorias;
  • Garantir entregas de alta complexidade, coordenando prazos, prioridades e recursos com outras áreas e times;
  • Promover integração e eficiência nos processos de engenharia, propondo melhorias e disseminando boas práticas;
  • Atuar com visão estratégica, conectando tecnologia aos objetivos de negócio e à geração de valor para o mercado.
  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de software e liderança técnica, com vivência em sistemas distribuídos e arquiteturas escaláveis;
  • Domínio em cloud computing (AWS, GCP ou Azure) e práticas de DevOps, automação e CI/CD;
  • Vivência em code review, decisões arquiteturais e orientação técnica de times;
  • Experiência com gestão de pessoas, incluindo feedbacks, desenvolvimento de carreira e criação de ambiente colaborativo;
  • Perfil estratégico, comunicativo e orientado a resultados, com capacidade de traduzir complexidade técnica em impacto real de negócio.
