Como Business Development, você será responsável por construir e evoluir produtos B2B em infraestrutura financeira, atuando da tese ao go-to-market. Seu desafio envolve mapear oportunidades, co-criar soluções com clientes, validar hipóteses por meio de MVPs e acompanhar métricas de sucesso (KPIs, OKRs e P&L).

É uma posição estratégica em um ambiente dinâmico, que exige visão analítica, protagonismo e capacidade de transformar complexidade em impacto real para o mercado.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Identificar oportunidades de mercado com base em dados, benchmarks e escuta ativa de clientes;
  • Conceber e lançar novos produtos e funcionalidades para o ecossistema financeiro;
  • Definir e acompanhar métricas de sucesso (KPIs, OKRs, P&L);
  • Conduzir experimentos, MVPs e validações de hipóteses;
  • Participar da estratégia de go-to-market (GTM) e apoiar o time comercial com treinamentos sobre produtos;
  • Trabalhar em squads multidisciplinares (Tech, Dados, Design, Negócios);
  • Atuar com mentalidade de dono, influenciando decisões sem depender de hierarquia;
  • Monitorar performance do produto e evolução do mercado, ajustando estratégias quando necessário.
  • Formação superior completa em Engenharias, Exatas, Economia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Vivência em ambientes analíticos e de alta complexidade, como consultorias estratégicas, fintechs, techs B2B ou instituições financeiras inovadoras;
  • Conhecimento do mercado financeiro, incluindo produtos bancários e/ou infraestrutura (garantias, cédulas, adquirência, registradoras, open finance);
  • Raciocínio analítico e visão data-driven, com capacidade de traduzir problemas complexos em soluções práticas e mapear jornadas do usuário B2B;
  • Comunicação clara e influência positiva, sabendo transitar entre tecnologia e negócio;
  • Perfil empreendedor, com visão de dono, proatividade e autonomia para conduzir ideias do papel à entrega;
  • Curiosidade e aprendizado contínuo, aplicados em tecnologia, finanças e inovação;
  • Adaptabilidade para contextos de alta velocidade, com múltiplas frentes e prioridades.
