Agora, em um momento de crescimento e consolidação, busca profissionais de diferentes níveis (de Júnior a Especialista) para fortalecer a arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos e sustentar o avanço de produtos de alta complexidade técnica.

Como Engenheiro(a) de Software, você atuará na construção e evolução de soluções escaláveis e distribuídas, em um contexto de alta volumetria de dados e exigência de performance e disponibilidade contínua. Será responsável por desenvolver e sustentar aplicações robustas, contribuir com decisões arquiteturais, propor melhorias de processo e garantir que cada entrega traduza excelência técnica e impacto real para o ecossistema financeiro.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Projetar, desenvolver e manter aplicações baseadas em microsserviços, garantindo escalabilidade e alta disponibilidade;
  • Contribuir com a definição e evolução da arquitetura de sistemas distribuídos, apoiando decisões técnicas de impacto;
  • Participar ativamente do ciclo completo de desenvolvimento, da ideação à entrega em produção;
  • Trabalhar com grandes volumes de dados, garantindo segurança, integridade e performance;
  • Atuar em parceria com áreas de Produto e Qualidade, mantendo foco em entregas de missão crítica;
  • Promover boas práticas de engenharia, qualidade de código, automação e integração contínua (CI/CD);
  • Colaborar na disseminação de conhecimento técnico e na construção de uma cultura de aprendizado contínuo.
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento de software, com domínio em Java (ou linguagens correlatas como C# ou Python);
  • Vivência em arquitetura distribuída e microsserviços;
  • Conhecimento sólido em bancos de dados relacionais e não relacionais;
  • Experiência em sistemas de alta performance e alta disponibilidade, preferencialmente em ambientes de missão crítica;
  • Familiaridade com computação em nuvem (AWS, GCP ou Azure) e práticas de DevOps e automação (CI/CD, pipelines, versionamento, testes);
  • Capacidade de trabalhar de forma colaborativa com times multidisciplinares, traduzindo desafios técnicos em soluções práticas;
  • Boa comunicação técnica, clareza em decisões de arquitetura e abertura para aprendizado contínuo.
