Estamos apoiando uma empresa de tecnologia em crescimento acelerado e presença global, referência em soluções para o setor automotivo, que passa por um momento de reestruturação financeira para sustentar sua escalabilidade e internacionalização. Nesse contexto, o(a) Especialista Financeiro(a) terá papel-chave em fortalecer a governança, revisar processos e traduzir números em informação estratégica para a diretoria.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Atuar a frente das estratégias financeiras e de controladoria de ponta a ponta (orçamento, precificação, custeio, AP/AR, faturamento, tesouraria, fiscal e contábil), assegurando processos sólidos e relatórios consistentes;
  • Revisar e estruturar práticas financeiras que suportem a escalabilidade do negócio;
  • Definir e acompanhar indicadores de performance (KPIs), traduzindo dados em insights estratégicos para a alta gestão;
  • Apoiar a diretoria com reports e análises de alto nível, garantindo visão holística e precisão;
  • Atuar em parceria com áreas de negócio, conectando informações financeiras às decisões de expansão e novos produtos;
  • Atuar como referência técnica para o time financeiro, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento da equipe e promovendo evolução técnica com uma visão abrangente do negócio.
  • Formação em Administração, Economia, Finanças, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;
  • Vivência sólida e abrangente em finanças, incluindo controladoria, planejamento, fiscal, contábil, tesouraria e orçamento;
  • Histórico em reestruturação e sustentação de escalabilidade;
  • Perfil analítico e estratégico, com habilidade de traduzir números em informação para a diretoria;
  • Inglês avançado, necessário para atuação em ambiente global.
