Agora busca um(a) Especialista em Engenharia de Produtos para fortalecer a área de Produto, traduzindo necessidades complexas em soluções estruturadas e escaláveis. É uma posição estratégica, responsável por garantir clareza de requisitos, execução integrada com diferentes áreas e impacto real no mercado financeiro.

Sobre o dia a dia:

  • Entender e detalhar problemas, necessidades e novas oportunidades de produtos no ecossistema de gestão e financiamento de recebíveis;
  • Interagir diretamente com clientes em fases de discovery e na resolução de incidentes relevantes;
  • Identificar e propor soluções para aperfeiçoar produtos existentes e viabilizar novas entregas;
  • Documentar problemas, soluções e decisões, garantindo alinhamento com stakeholders;
  • Gerenciar projetos de construção de soluções, participando desde a ideação até o lançamento;
  • Monitorar impacto das soluções implementadas, avaliando se resolveram os problemas identificados;
  • Revisar e ajustar produtos continuamente com base em dados e feedbacks;
  • Colaborar com Engenharia de Software, Jurídico, Sucesso do Cliente, Dados e demais áreas para garantir o sucesso do produto.
  • Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento de produtos digitais, cobrindo todas as etapas do ciclo de vida;
  • Capacidade de desdobrar visão estratégica em requisitos técnicos claros e planos de execução;
  • Forte orientação ao cliente, com habilidade em pesquisas, síntese de feedbacks e tradução em soluções práticas;
  • Habilidade de execução, com gestão de cronogramas, riscos e entregas complexas;
  • Vivência em definição e acompanhamento de métricas de produto (KPIs, OKRs, P&L);
  • Conhecimento de métodos e técnicas de desenho de produtos digitais;
  • Experiência em liderança crossfuncional, garantindo colaboração entre áreas e alinhamento de stakeholders;
  • Comunicação clara e objetiva, com habilidade de apresentar decisões e resultados a públicos diversos;
  • Vivência com metodologias ágeis e gestão de projetos;
  • Diferencial: experiência em ambientes regulados e/ou produtos financeiros.
