  • 参与药物研发及生物医药项目管理 Agent 的设计、开发、测试和迭代。
  • 使用大模型、RAG、工具调用和工作流编排，实现信息提取、任务规划、进度跟踪与报告生成。
  • 整理、清洗和结构化项目文档、研发资料及业务数据，建设 Agent 可使用的知识与案例体系。
  • 与药物研发人员协同推进具体研发任务，协助梳理任务目标、输入数据、执行步骤、研发产物和验收要求。
  • 将研发任务与科学计算、数据分析及内部工具连接起来，跟踪执行状态、结果产物和待确认问题。
  • 对接飞书等协作工具及相关业务系统，探索 Agent 在真实研发流程中的应用。
  • 建设测试案例和评测集，分析 Agent 的错误、边界与人工介入原因，持续优化工作流。
  • 编写测试、技术文档和使用说明，沉淀可复用的 Agent 能力。

- 计算机、人工智能、数据科学、生物信息、生物医药、数学、物理、化学、材料等相关专业在读。 - 熟悉 Python，能够完成数据处理、API 调用和基础服务开发。 - 使用过大模型 API 或 Agent 框架，理解 Prompt、RAG、工具调用等基本概念。 - 具备良好的结构化思考能力，能够将模糊问题拆解为可执行任务。 - 对药物研发或生物医药感兴趣，愿意与不同专业背景的研发人员协作。 - 熟悉 Git，具备基本的软件工程、测试和文档意识。 - 每周实习不少于3天，可连续实习3个月以上。 加分项 - 有 AI Agent、知识库、工作流编排或模型评测经验。 - 了解药物研发、计算化学、CADD或生物信息学。 - 熟悉飞书开放平台、多维表格或企业协作系统。 - 熟悉 TypeScript、FastAPI或前端开发。 - 有相关项目、开源代码、竞赛或技术文章。 你将获得 - 参与 AI Agent 与药物研发结合的前沿实践。 - 与科学家、算法工程师和业务团队共同推进真实任务。 - 完整经历 Agent 从原型、评测到实际应用的过程。 - 探索可规模化的新一代生物医药研发协作模式。
