负责智能研发大装置交付现场的自动化设备驱动与逻辑控制代码、部署调试、规范提炼、培训支撑与定制化能力落地，是连接实验现场、客户使用、软件工具和智能化能力的重要角色。该岗位更偏向懂现场、懂实验、懂交付、懂软件工具的复合型 FDE 工程师 二、岗位职责 1. 现场自动化设备驱动与部署调试 - 参与智能大装置相关现场自动化设备驱动、部署和调试工作； - 支持现场系统运行过程中的基础问题处理和故障排查； - 协助完成软件工具、配置流程和使用逻辑的优化。 2. . 规范提炼与培训支撑 - 提炼操作规范、使用说明、CheckList 等标准化材料； - 支持客户培训和现场使用指导； - 协助形成工站使用分级、权限管理和基础认证机制。 3. 智能体与定制化能力落地 - 结合 Skill、MCP 等接口方式，参与智能体能力开发与接入； - 支持客户场景下定制化需求落地，并推动可复用能力沉淀； - 促进现场需求向标准化、产品化能力转化。 4. 需求转译与交付协同 - 将客户现场需求和使用反馈转化为技术语言； - 协同内部研发、交付和现场团队推动需求实现； - 支持系统从“能用”向“好用、可复制、可增强”演进。

1. 基础要求 - 计算机、自动化、信息工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历； - 有实验工站类自动化设备开发、现场部署、工具开发或技术支持相关经验优先。 2. 现场与业务理解能力 - 能理解基础电解液/化学实验安全规范及工站现场操作要求； - 能理解实验流程、软件系统和客户使用场景之间的关系； - 能协助定位现场运行问题、数据问题和流程问题。 3. 综合能力 - 具备较强团队协作能力、基础沟通能力和需求转译能力； - 有进取心，愿意从现场问题中提炼可复用解决方案； - 能适应一定工作强度和现场交付压力； - 愿意长期往“现场交付 + 软件工具 + 智能化落地”的复合方向发展。 四、加分项 - 有实验室自动化、智能制造、现场实施或 FDE 相关经验； - 有数据分析、可视化、前后端工具开发经验； - 有智能体应用、Skill/MCP 对接或 AI 工具开发经验； - 有锂电、材料、化学实验或实验室现场支撑经验。
