O Wine Bar, novo empreendimento localizado no Novo Campeche, sul da ilha, está em busca de um Sub Gerente de Bar com experiência em gestão de equipes e salão.

Se você tem experiência com gestão de pessoas e também operacional, disponibilidade, vontade de crescer e gosta de novidades, essa vaga pode ser sua!

O novo Sub Gerente terá as seguintes atribuições, mas não somente:

  • atendimento ao público e gestão da equipe
  • realização de check lists de abertura e fechamento, da cozinha e do salão
  • contratações e demissões
  • gestão do atendimento do salão e do delivery
  • manter a equipe motivada e treinada
  • atuar na parte administrativa em conjunto com os sócios
  • diagnosticar e controlar os trabalhos dos colaboradores
  • satisfação do cliente na casa e no delivery
  • reuniões semanais de feedback com os colaboradores
  • supervisionar a qualidade dos produtos e do atendimento
  • reuniões de briefing pré-operação
  • abertura e fechamento da casa
  • controle de estoques
  • auxílio na gestão financeira e de custos do restaurante

Para essa vaga estamos buscando pessoas com as seguintes características

  • experientes em gestão operacional de restaurante
  • educada e com comunicação assertiva
  • com perfil agregador e que saiba fazer cobranças quando necessário
  • que goste da gestão de pessoas e que se dê bem planilhas e números
  • proativa, organizada e que goste de trabalhar em equipe
  • que goste de trabalhar com metas e queira crescer com a empresa
  • auxilie no aumento do ticket médio, não pode ter medo de vender!
  • que more preferencialmente próximo ao Centro de Florianópolis ou com facilidade de deslocamento
  • se comunicar na língua inglesa é um diferencial

Para essa vaga a contratação é CLT é o salário oferecido é de R$2.500,00 + premiações por desempenho + taxa de serviço + refeição no local + auxilio combustível de R$ 250,00 (benefício pago em dinheiro).

Dias e horas trabalhadas: de terça a domingo das 16h à 00h40.
