Descrizione del lavoro

  • Supervisionare i lavori di costruzione in relazione a costi, tempi e qualità
  • Il coordinamento delle interfacce tra i tecnici e le diverse imprese che lavorano in cantiere.
  • Programmazione, controllo e monitoraggio, nonché controllo e garanzia di qualità
  • Gestione contratti
  • Gestione dei costi e delle riserve
  • Gestione Stati d’Avanzamento Lavori (SAL) e gestione fatturazione

Qualifiche

  • Laurea in ingegneria civile / edile o titolo equivalente
  • 10 o più anni di esperienza professionale nella Direzione Lavori
  • Conoscenza dettagliata del Codice Appalti e delle procedure pubbliche
  • Esperto nel settore industriale / logistica
  • Esperto di norme tecniche e dello stato dell’arte
  • Buona conoscenza di MS Office e MS Project e un'esperienza iniziale nella metodologia LEAN.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare su tutto il territorio nazionale
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e autonomo, assertività e spiccate doti comunicative.
  • Conoscenza fluente (orale e scritta) dell'italiano e dell'inglese; il tedesco sarà considerato un plus.
  • Possesso di patente di categoria B e disponibilità a guidare.
