Descrizione del lavoro

In qualità di Senior MEP Project Manager sarai responsabile della supervisione, della pianificazione e dell'implementazione di un intero progetto impiantistico attraverso la definizione del budget, la gestione dei membri del team, la ricerca dei fornitori e la pianificazione del rilascio del progetto.

  • Gestire progetti impiantistici complessi, dalla concezione al completamento.
  • Coordinamento tecnico del team di progettazione impiantistica.
  • Favorire e incrementare la collaborazione con subappaltatori nuovi ed esistenti.
  • Contribuire con idee e soluzioni costruttive, coniugando i requisiti del cliente con i concetti di progettazione sviluppati dai team di ingegneria esterni.
  • Garantire il rispetto delle scadenze del progetto, dei requisiti economici, di legge e di qualità.

Qualifiche

  • Laurea in ingegneria civile o industriale con un background di Project & Construction Management
  • dieci o più anni di esperienza lavorativa in progetti MEP con un background di Project & Construction Management.
  • Esperienza in progetti industriali
  • Conoscenza ottimale dei regolamenti vigenti
  • Rapidità di comprensione, pensiero analitico e propensione all'organizzazione
  • Capacità di dimostrare leadership, orientamento al risultato, di risolvere i problemi e di possedere competenze interpersonali derivanti da situazioni lavorative precedenti.
  • Conoscenza fluente (orale e scritta) dell'italiano e dell'inglese; il tedesco sarà considerato un plus.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare sul territorio nazionale.
  • Possesso di patente di categoria B e diponibilità a guidare.
