Stellenbeschreibung

Sie möchten die digitale Transformation im Hochbau aktiv vorantreiben? Mit Ihrer BIM-Expertise beraten Sie Auftraggebende und Projektteams, schaffen durchgängige Prozesse und sorgen für einen wirksamen Einsatz von Modellen und Daten über alle Projektphasen hinweg. Bringen Sie Ihre Ideen in ein interdisziplinäres Team ein und gestalten Sie zukunftsfähige Bauprojekte mit. Bewerben Sie sich jetzt für unseren Standort in Berlin (ab Januar neu in der Heidestraße nördlich vom Hauptbahnhof.

  • Beraten von Auftraggebenden und Projektteams zum strategischen und operativen BIM-Einsatz im Hochbau
  • Entwickeln projektspezifischer BIM-Strategien, Anwendungsfälle, Prozesse und Rollenmodelle
  • Erstellen und Fortschreiben von Auftraggeber-Informationsanforderungen und BIM-Abwicklungsplänen
  • Steuern von BIM-Projekten von der Planung bis zur Ausführung für die durchgängige Nutzung von Modellen und Daten
  • Moderieren von Workshops sowie Begleiten von Projektteams bei der Einführung von BIM-Methoden
  • Mitwirken bei Angeboten, Leistungsbildern und der Weiterentwicklung des BIM-Leistungsportfolios

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Baumanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Anwendung oder Beratung von BIM in komplexen Hochbauprojekten
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von BIM-Strategien sowie im Erstellen und Fortschreiben von Auftraggeber-Informationsanforderungen und BIM-Abwicklungsplänen
  • Gute Kenntnisse relevanter BIM-Standards und Methoden, insbesondere ISO 19650 und VDI 2552
  • Praxiswissen zu BIM-basierten Projekten in Planung und Ausführung sowie zur Zusammenarbeit aller Projektbeteiligten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse und eine kommunikative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
