1、负责具身智能基础模型的架构设计与预训练研发，包括VLA、世界模型等核心方向，探索更适合具身任务的模型架构与训练范式； 2、研究大规模具身数据上的预训练方法，探索数据规模与下游性能之间的Scaling Law，持续提升模型的泛化与迁移能力； 3、推动基础模型在机器人各类下游任务上的迁移与落地，包括长程任务规划、精细化操作等场景； 4、设计并实现大规模分布式训练策略（数据并行、模型并行、流水线并行、混合并行等），适配从百亿到千亿级参数模型的训练需求； 5、构建多模态数据加载与预处理体系，支持图像、视频、点云、触觉等多种数据格式的高效接入； 6、跟进预训练与具身智能领域前沿进展，复现并改进前沿论文，将算法Insight转化为框架能力。

1、计算机、人工智能、自动化、软件工程等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2、深度学习基础理论扎实，对模型架构设计有较深理解，持续关注领域前沿进展； 3、熟悉大规模分布式训练，了解FSDP、DeepSpeed、Megatron等训练框架，具备良好的工程与代码能力； 4、精通Python/C++，熟悉PyTorch内部机制（分布式训练、自动微分、算子调度等）； 5、对多模态大模型、VLA、视频生成模型、世界模型等有深入理解，熟悉其训练范式与数据需求； 6、具备较强的科研能力与创新思维，能够独立复现并改进前沿论文； 7、有大规模GPU集群训练经验（百卡以上），理解吞吐、调度、稳定性等系统级问题者优先； 8、在CVPR、ICCV、ICML、NeurIPS、ICLR、RSS、CoRL等顶会以第一作者身份发表过论文者优先； 9、有大规模具身数据集（机器人/视频数据）上的预训练经验者优先
