1. 负责基于强化学习的人形机器人运动控制算法的研发和调试，确保算法的高效性和稳定性； 2. 在真实机器人平台上进行训练模型的部署与调试，深入分析并解决sim2real GAP问题，确保模拟环境与真实环境之间的有效转化； 3. 构造编写机器人控制相关的SDK，供内部同事或客户使用； 4. 解决机器人在日常运行中的运动控制问题，确保系统高效稳定运行，跟踪并排查潜在的控制异常。

1. 硕士及以上学历，自动化、机器人学、控制理论、计算机科学、机械电子、数学等相关专业； 2. 具备强化学习项目实战积累，深度参与人形机器人核心功能的研发 3. 熟练使用Pytorch/Tensorflow等深度学习框架，熟悉各类强化学习开源库； 4. 熟练掌握C、C++、Python及Matlab等编程语言，能够在Linux环境下独立进行开发和调试； 5. 熟悉常用的机器人仿真平台，如 IsaacGym，IsaacLab，Mujoco、Pybullet、Gazebo，具备在仿真环境中进行运动控制的实践经验； 6. 具备良好的团队合作精神与沟通能力，能在跨职能团队中高效工作。 优先条件： 1. 具有人形机器人系统的开发经验，在人形机器人基础功能（行走，舞蹈，跳跃等）开发上有深入研究或实际应用经验； 2. 热爱机器人行业，发表过期刊/会议论文； 3. 有机器人系统集成与调试经验，能够结合硬件和软件进行综合优化。
