1、协助预训练算法团队进行具身智能基础模型（VLA、世界模型等）的预训练实验，包括数据准备、训练任务执行、超参数调优及结果分析； 2、参与大规模分布式训练任务的搭建与运维，协助排查训练过程中的收敛异常、资源调度等问题； 3、参与多模态数据的预处理与数据加载优化，支持图像、视频、点云、触觉等多源数据的高效接入； 4、协助复现顶会论文中的关键算法，进行对比实验与效果验证，为团队技术选型提供参考； 5、跟踪具身智能、多模态大模型等领域的前沿进展，完成文献调研与技术总结； 6、参与训练框架的优化与工具链建设，提升模型训练效率与实验可复现性； 7、协助撰写实验报告与技术文档，沉淀实验经验与最佳实践。

1、计算机、人工智能、自动化、机器人等相关专业硕士或博士在读； 2、熟悉深度学习基础理论，了解Transformer、扩散模型等主流架构的基本原理； 3、熟练掌握Python及PyTorch，具备良好的代码习惯与工程能力； 4、了解分布式训练基本概念，有DeepSpeed、Megatron或FSDP等框架使用经验者优先； 5、有大规模数据处理或数据加载优化经验者优先； 6、具备较强的学习能力与自驱力，能够快速理解前沿论文并复现关键方法； 7、有良好的沟通协作能力，能够与算法、数据、工程团队高效配合； 8、每周至少到岗4-5天，能连续实习3个月以上； 9、在CVPR、ICCV、NeurIPS、ICLR、RSS、CoRL等顶会发表过论文者优先； 10、有具身智能、机器人或大模型预训练相关项目经验者优先。
