岗位概述 参与机器人控制系统的研发工作，在导师指导下负责通信链路、控制指令下发、状态同步等模块的设计、开发和联调，接触机器人 ROS2 软件架构与运动控制核心开发工作。 职责 1、在导师指导下参与机器人 ROS2 控制系统的设计与开发，覆盖遥操作、力控、轨迹规划等方向 2、参与机器人控制指令的传输与状态同步开发，学习低延迟、高可靠通信方案的工程实现 3、参与机器人面向操作任务的优化迭代，积累系统调优经验 4、配合硬件与算法团队完成联调测试，参与现场问题排查与定位 5、协助维护控制系统的代码仓库，编写技术文档

1、本科及以上学历在读（计算机科学、机器人、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业） 2、了解 ROS2 基础概念（节点通信、Topic/Service/Action、launch 系统等），有 ROS/ROS2 课程项目或比赛经验 3、熟悉 C++ 或 Python 中至少一种编程语言，能用于机器人开发与调试 4、掌握机器人学基础理论（正逆运动学、坐标系变换等） 5、了解 TCP/UDP 等常见网络通信协议 6、熟练使用 Linux 环境下开发与调试 7、有机器人相关项目经验（课程项目、比赛、实验室项目、个人开源项目等） 加分项 1、熟悉 MoveIt2、ros2_control 等机器人控制框架 2、有机械臂、人形机器人、四足机器人等开发经验 3、熟悉 Git 版本管理，有个人 GitHub 项目 4、了解实时通信协议（EtherCAT、CAN 等） 5、有机器人竞赛经历（RoboMaster、Robocon 等）
