1、协助合规专员开展供应商及客户准入的合规筛查，在道琼斯合规系统中进行信息检索与风险识别，发现高风险情形及时汇报； 2、协助合规专员审核采购合同中涉及敏感物项（如受出口管制管控的元器件、部件、技术等）的条款，结合管制清单进行初步比对判断，发现高风险情形及时汇报； 3、协助合规专员完成数据合规研究检索、政策文本修订的资料整理及PIA基础数据梳理等工作； 4、关注出口管制、数据合规、机器人合规领域的最新政策动态，协助收集和整理全球监管动态信息； 5、协助审核、修订各类日常合同及法律文件，涵盖市场推广类、采购类、销售类及行政类等合同； 6、负责模板合同的合规审核，对照合同库标准模板进行比对与风险提示； 7、协助法务专员审核标准类及简单非标类采购合同、框架合作协议及保密协议； 8、完成交办的其他法律检索及文档整理工作。

1、法学、法律相关专业本科或硕士在读； 2、对出口管制物项分类（如ECCN、CCL）有基本认知者优先； 3、具备道琼斯或其他合规筛查系统使用经验者优先； 4、有参与出口管制或数据合规项目研究经历者优先； 5、具备良好的信息检索能力与逻辑分析能力，工作细致认真； 6、具备良好的英文阅读能力，能够阅读并理解英文法规及政策文件； 7、能保证每周到岗2-3天（必须覆盖周四、周五），持续实习3个月以上，能尽快到岗者优先。
