1、协助体系团队开展认证前期筹备工作，收集、整理、梳理公司各部门流程文件、规章制度、作业指导书、记录表单等基础资料，确保资料完整、合规、可追溯 2、协助完成体系文件的修订、排版、校对、归档工作，配合搭建标准化文件台账，统一文件格式、编号规则及归档规范，保障体系文件有序管理 3、协助开展内部合规自查、流程巡检工作，对照体系认证标准排查流程漏洞、资料缺失、合规隐患，整理问题清单，跟进整改落地及闭环记录 4、协助整理体系审核所需全套资料，包括内审资料、管理评审资料、日常运行记录、合规证明材料等，配合对接第三方认证机构，协助完成现场审核、问题答疑、资料补充等对接工作

1、环境工程、安全工程、法务、行政管理等相关专业优先，有无相关经验均可 2、了解基础企业管理体系概念，熟悉Office办公软件，擅长Word排版、Excel台账制作、PPT整理，具备基础资料梳理及文书撰写能力 3、工作细致严谨、责任心强，具备良好的逻辑思维能力、执行力及合规意识，能耐心完成重复性、精细化资料整理工作 4、沟通能力良好，可高效对接各部门收集资料，服从团队工作安排，全职实习、长期实习者优先考虑 5、态度积极主动，愿意学习体系认证、企业合规、流程管理相关专业知识，有意向深耕企业合规、体系管理方向优先
