LE POSTE

Description du poste :

Nous recherchons un(e) Content Manager créatif(ve), organisé(e) et passionné(e) par la création de contenu, capable de développer et de piloter une stratégie éditoriale adaptée à nos différents supports de communication.

Responsabilités :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de contenu de l’entreprise.
  • Concevoir, rédiger et publier des contenus adaptés aux différentes plateformes : réseaux sociaux, site web, blog, newsletters, etc.
  • Élaborer et gérer le calendrier éditorial.
  • Créer des contenus engageants et cohérents avec l’identité de la marque.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Marketing, Communication et Design pour la réalisation des différents contenus.
  • Adapter les contenus aux différents formats et audiences.
  • Assurer une veille sur les tendances, sujets et formats émergents dans le domaine du digital.
  • Suivre les performances des contenus et proposer des actions d’amélioration.
  • Participer au développement de la visibilité et de l’engagement de la marque sur les réseaux sociaux.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+3/5 en Communication, Marketing, Journalisme, Digital ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience de 2 à 4 ans dans la création et la gestion de contenu.
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles en français et en anglais.
  • Anglais courant obligatoire, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
  • Bonne maîtrise des réseaux sociaux et des différents formats de contenu.
  • Maîtrise des outils de création et de gestion de contenu.
  • Bonne connaissance des principes SEO et des outils d’analyse digitale.
  • Créativité, autonomie et sens de l’organisation.
  • Esprit analytique et capacité à suivre les performances des contenus.
  • Une sensibilité graphique et une maîtrise de Canva ou d’outils similaires seraient un plus.
