Description du poste :

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre plateforme ERP et de l’évolution continue de notre environnement technologique, nous recherchons un(e) Senior Odoo Development Engineer capable de concevoir, développer et maintenir des solutions Odoo robustes, évolutives et parfaitement alignées avec les besoins métiers.

Responsabilités :

  • Développer et maintenir des modules Odoo personnalisés en utilisant Python et le framework ORM d’Odoo
  • Adapter et étendre la logique métier standard, les workflows et les modèles existants
  • Concevoir et implémenter de nouvelles fonctionnalités répondant aux besoins fonctionnels de l’ERP
  • Garantir la qualité, la stabilité et la maintenabilité du code développé
  • Participer à la conception technique et à l’architecture des solutions ERP
  • Utiliser des outils d’intelligence artificielle tels que GitHub Copilot et ChatGPT pour accélérer le développement, le debugging et la documentation
  • Exploiter les prompts de manière efficace pour générer, affiner et valider les solutions techniques
  • Développer et consommer des API REST pour assurer les intégrations avec Salesforce, Avelon et les plateformes logistiques
  • Garantir la cohérence des données entre les différents systèmes et gérer les intégrations synchrones et asynchrones
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents techniques et fonctionnels ainsi que réaliser les analyses des causes racines
  • Participer aux phases de test, de déploiement et de stabilisation des solutions
  • Optimiser les performances Odoo ainsi que les requêtes PostgreSQL afin d’assurer des solutions performantes et scalables
  • Collaborer avec les Architectes, Product Owners, Analystes et équipes QA dans un environnement Agile
  • Contribuer à la documentation technique et au partage des connaissances au sein de l’équipe

Profil recherché :

  • Bac+5 en Informatique, Développement, Systèmes d’Information, Génie Logiciel ou domaine équivalent
  • Minimum 5 ans d’expérience confirmée en développement Odoo
  • Excellente maîtrise de Python et du framework ORM Odoo
  • Solide expérience dans le développement de modules, modèles et workflows Odoo
  • Bonne compréhension des modules standards Odoo et de l’architecture ERP
  • Expérience confirmée avec les API REST et les modèles d’intégration inter-systèmes
  • Bonne maîtrise de PostgreSQL et de l’optimisation des performances
  • Expérience pratique avec les outils d’IA tels que GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT ou équivalent
  • Capacité à utiliser efficacement les prompts et à valider les résultats générés par l’IA
  • Connaissance de Odoo.sh, des pratiques CI/CD et des environnements cloud comme Azure appréciée
  • La connaissance de JavaScript (OWL) constitue un atout
  • Une expérience dans le secteur retail ou e-commerce est fortement appréciée
  • Esprit analytique, autonomie, rigueur et forte capacité de résolution de problèmes
  • Excellente communication avec les équipes techniques et fonctionnelles
  • Forte orientation amélioration continue
