LE POSTE

Description du poste :

Transformer les données intégrées en analyses, modèles prédictifs et recommandations permettant d'éclairer les décisions commerciales et opérationnelles.

Responsabilités :

  • Concevoir des modèles analytiques pour soutenir les décisions commerciales (tarification, gestion de l’assortiment, prévisions, analyse du churn, valeur vie client – Customer Lifetime Value).
  • Collaborer avec les équipes IA et l’Architecte Data afin d’exploiter pleinement les capacités de la plateforme Databricks.
  • Réaliser des analyses exploratoires de données et concevoir des tableaux de bord ainsi que des rapports destinés aux parties prenantes métiers.
  • Participer à la conception, au suivi et à l’évaluation des tests A/B dans le cadre des initiatives digitales et commerciales.
  • Mettre en œuvre des techniques d’intelligence artificielle, notamment l’IA générative (par exemple : analyses basées sur les grands modèles de langage (LLM), génération automatisée d’insights), afin d’accélérer et d’enrichir les analyses produites.

Profil recherché :

  • Maîtrise de Python ou R, du langage SQL, ainsi que de solides connaissances en statistiques et en apprentissage automatique (Machine Learning).
  • Expérience de la plateforme Databricks ou d’une plateforme d’analytique similaire.
  • Une expérience en analyse de données dans les secteurs du commerce de détail (retail) ou du e-commerce constitue un atout.
  • Excellente compréhension des enjeux métiers et capacité à présenter des analyses de manière claire et accessible à des interlocuteurs non techniques.
  • Bonne connaissance de l’utilisation des grands modèles de langage (LLM) dans les travaux analytiques, notamment pour les requêtes en langage naturel et la génération assistée de rapports et d’analyses.
