Description du poste :

Assurer la gestion, la publication et la mise à jour des contenus commerciaux et éditoriaux sur les différents canaux digitaux, en néerlandais et en français, y compris les supports de Retail Media ainsi que les campagnes d’e-mailing et de CRM.

Responsabilités :

  • Publier et maintenir les contenus produits et les campagnes commerciales sur la boutique en ligne et les marketplaces, en néerlandais et en français.
  • Gérer les contenus et les campagnes de Retail Media.
  • Concevoir, planifier et déployer les campagnes d’e-mailing et de CRM, incluant des parcours automatisés et des communications personnalisées, dans les deux langues.
  • Coordonner le calendrier éditorial en collaboration avec les équipes Design et Marketing.
  • Utiliser des outils de rédaction et de traduction assistés par l’intelligence artificielle afin d’accélérer la production de contenus bilingues (néerlandais/français), tout en garantissant la qualité, la cohérence du ton, l’exactitude des informations et le respect de l’identité de la marque.

Profil recherché

  • Excellente maîtrise rédactionnelle du néerlandais et du français, avec la capacité de produire et publier des contenus de qualité dans les deux langues.
  • Expérience dans l’utilisation d’un système de gestion de contenu (CMS) ainsi que des outils d’e-mail marketing et d’automatisation (par exemple : Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Bonne connaissance des plateformes de Retail Media.
  • Solides compétences en rédaction, en planification éditoriale et capacité à analyser les performances des contenus afin de les optimiser.
  • Maîtrise des outils de rédaction et de traduction assistés par l’intelligence artificielle pour la localisation des contenus en néerlandais et en français, associée à d’excellentes compétences de relecture et de correction afin de garantir un niveau de qualité élevé.
