En Coforge estamos buscando Mid Solution Architect (#22300) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar arquitecturas de solución end-to-end considerando aplicaciones, datos, integraciones e infraestructura.
  • Definir lineamientos y estándares de arquitectura alineados con las necesidades del negocio.
  • Participar en iniciativas de transformación tecnológica y migración a la nube.
  • Evaluar y proponer arquitecturas basadas en buenas prácticas de escalabilidad, resiliencia y seguridad.
  • Definir estrategias de integración mediante APIs y servicios empresariales.
  • Asegurar la alineación entre la arquitectura tecnológica y los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.
  • Participar en la evaluación de tecnologías y definición de roadmaps de evolución tecnológica.
  • Brindar soporte técnico y acompañamiento a equipos de desarrollo y líderes técnicos.
  • Promover prácticas de mejora continua, automatización y DevOps.
  • Coordinar con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología para asegurar la correcta implementación de las soluciones.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Bachiller o Titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática o carreras afines.
  • +5 años de experiencia en roles tecnológicos relacionados con liderazgo técnico, desarrollo de software o gestión de proyectos.
  • +2 años de experiencia como Arquitecto de Soluciones.
  • Experiencia diseñando arquitecturas de solución empresariales.
  • Experiencia participando en iniciativas de migración a la nube bajo estrategias Lift & Shift.
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas cloud basadas en modelos IaaS, PaaS y SaaS.
  • Experiencia en Microsoft Azure y sus servicios asociados.
  • Experiencia diseñando arquitecturas basadas en APIs e integraciones empresariales.
  • Conocimiento de patrones de arquitectura orientados a escalabilidad, disponibilidad y resiliencia.
  • Experiencia estableciendo prácticas y lineamientos de gobernanza tecnológica.
  • Conocimiento de frameworks de arquitectura empresarial como TOGAF.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos ágiles.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías Scrum y SAFe.
  • Comprensión de prácticas DevOps y mejora continua.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples iniciativas de manera simultánea.
  • Experiencia interactuando con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas Journey to Cloud.
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas empresariales en entornos corporativos complejos.
  • Experiencia en transformación digital.
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas híbridas y multicloud.
  • Certificación TOGAF.
  • Certificaciones Microsoft Azure.
  • Experiencia en gobierno de arquitectura empresarial.
