En Coforge estamos buscando Lead Technical Lead (#20799-6-2) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar técnicamente equipos de desarrollo y squads ágiles.
  • Diseñar, validar y asegurar la correcta implementación de arquitecturas de soluciones empresariales.
  • Liderar el desarrollo e implementación de aplicaciones basadas en microservicios y APIs.
  • Realizar revisiones de código y promover buenas prácticas de desarrollo.
  • Asegurar la calidad técnica de las soluciones antes de los despliegues a producción.
  • Coordinar actividades entre equipos de negocio, tecnología y proveedores.
  • Participar en la definición de soluciones backend y frontend alineadas a los requerimientos del negocio.
  • Gestionar riesgos tecnológicos e identificar oportunidades de mejora continua.
  • Priorizar y liderar la resolución de incidentes técnicos complejos.
  • Brindar mentoría y acompañamiento técnico al equipo de desarrollo.
  • Impulsar la adopción de prácticas DevOps y modernización tecnológica.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de desarrollo, calidad y arquitectura.

Requisitos indispensables

  • +8 años de experiencia profesional en desarrollo de software.
  • +3 años de experiencia liderando equipos técnicos o squads ágiles.
  • Experiencia en diseño y construcción de arquitecturas de soluciones empresariales.
  • Experiencia desarrollando APIs y arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo backend con Java.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo frontend con ReactJS.
  • Experiencia en despliegues a producción y gestión de ambientes.
  • Conocimiento sólido de prácticas DevOps.
  • Experiencia trabajando con servicios Cloud en Microsoft Azure.
  • Experiencia realizando revisiones de código y validación de diseños técnicos.
  • Experiencia gestionando incidencias de alta criticidad y problemas complejos.
  • Capacidad para coordinar con stakeholders de negocio y equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Experiencia aplicando buenas prácticas de desarrollo de software y calidad.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de transformación digital.
  • Conocimiento de integración continua y despliegue continuo (CI/CD).
  • Experiencia en entornos bancarios o financieros.
  • Conocimiento de observabilidad, monitoreo y performance de aplicaciones.
  • Experiencia trabajando con arquitecturas cloud-native.
  • Conocimientos de seguridad aplicada al desarrollo de software.
