En Coforge estamos buscando Mid UX/UI Designer (Mig-22825-1) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Levantar necesidades de usuarios, negocio y operación mediante entrevistas, observación contextual, workshops y otras técnicas de investigación.
  • Identificar insights, oportunidades de mejora y pain points en procesos y experiencias digitales.
  • Diseñar experiencias end-to-end alineando necesidades de usuario, negocio y operación.
  • Elaborar Customer Journey Maps, Service Blueprints, User Flows y diagramas de procesos.
  • Analizar y optimizar procesos para mejorar eficiencia, escalabilidad y experiencia de usuario.
  • Facilitar sesiones de ideación y co-creación con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Diseñar wireframes y prototipos de baja, media y alta fidelidad.
  • Planificar y ejecutar pruebas de usabilidad y validación de soluciones.
  • Diseñar interfaces para plataformas web, móviles y herramientas internas.
  • Aplicar y mantener Design Systems asegurando consistencia visual y funcional.
  • Documentar componentes, patrones de diseño y librerías compartidas.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de Producto, Negocio, Tecnología y QA.
  • Participar activamente en ceremonias ágiles y procesos de definición de producto.

Requisitos indispensables

  • +3 años de experiencia en UX/UI para productos digitales.
  • Experiencia comprobada diseñando aplicaciones web y móviles.
  • +2 años de experiencia realizando actividades de investigación, descubrimiento y validación con usuarios.
  • +2 años de experiencia trabajando con Design Systems.
  • Experiencia creando Service Blueprints, Customer Journey Maps y User Flows.
  • Experiencia documentando procesos complejos y experiencias end-to-end.
  • Experiencia en investigación cualitativa, entrevistas y facilitación de workshops.
  • Experiencia en diseño de interacción y validación de soluciones.
  • Experiencia realizando pruebas de usabilidad.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios bajo metodologías ágiles.
  • Conocimiento de arquitectura de información y diseño centrado en el usuario.
  • Experiencia trabajando sobre procesos operativos, retail, operaciones o herramientas internas.

  • Experiencia utilizando IA para investigación, síntesis y generación de insights.
  • Experiencia participando en entrevistas y sesiones presenciales con usuarios.
