O SDR é a ponta de lança do nosso Comercial. É quem abre portas, qualifica oportunidades, abastece o pipeline e coloca o time de vendas na frente dos melhores clientes.

Responsabilidades

Fazer prospecção ativa (ligações, WhatsApp, e-mail, redes sociais).

Qualificar leads e identificar oportunidades reais de venda.

Gerir e atualizar pipeline no CRM com disciplina e organização.

Fazer pesquisas sobre clientes, segmentos e necessidades para abordagem assertiva.

Gerar agenda e oportunidades qualificadas para o time de Vendas.

Manter ritmo de atividades diárias com foco em volume, qualidade e conversão.

Acompanhar métricas de performance (ligações, contatos, reuniões marcadas, conversão).

Atuar em conjunto com o Marketing e Vendas para otimizar funil e estratégias.

Requisitos

Comunicação clara, persuasiva e energética.

Organização, disciplina e consistência no processo.

Vontade de aprender e fome de crescimento.

Conforto com metas, ritmo intenso e alta performance.

Conhecimento básico de ferramentas digitais e CRM (ou disposição total para aprender rápido).

Diferenciais

Experiência prévia como SDR, pré-vendas ou vendas.

Vivência com prospecção ativa B2B.

Familiaridade com CRMs como HubSpot, Moskit, Pipedrive, etc.

Perfil inquieto, curioso e orientado a resultado.
